Novotek and T&G – expansion to Austria
We are excited to share that we have acquired Taschek & Gruber Automatische Datenverarbeitungs GmbH (‘T&G’).
About T&G
T&G primarily operates in Austria, and this acquisition marks Novotek’s expansion into the Austrian market. Since its inception in 1995, T&G has been engaged in reselling business activities similar to Novotek, collaborating with GE and other vendors.
Harald Taschek, Managing Director of T&GWe are excited to become part of the Novotek group, as it presents a significant opportunity. With access to a broader product portfolio and the expertise of Novotek, we can enhance the value we offer to our customers and partners in Austria. This strategic move will strengthen our company’s position in the market, and we look forward to providing our staff with additional growth opportunities.
Plans for the future
Following the acquisition, T&G will be rebranded as Novotek Austria GmbH. Additionally, as part of this strategic move, TG Alpha GmbH—a company in which Novotek acquired a stake in 2021—will now become a subsidiary of Novotek. Harald Taschek, Managing Director of T&G, will continue in his current role and join the Novotek management team.
